I'm guessing planty of users are having the difficulty of not being able to enter the server, well I'm one of them and It's kinda annoying because I really enjoy playing and I tried so many ways to fix it, downloading it from the server did no errors and worked, downloaded from the internet worked, but the only issue is loading it, while it loads, it randomly shows up a (Not responding) error and just stays, nothing happens for ages, It's gonna be wonderful if you will be able to fix this.

Considering that this is a clientside issue, I'm not sure there is anything we can do, especially since reproducing the issue is difficult reproduce as it only happens to a small handful of people.

Check if you are on dx90 or above. I don't know why, but if I were to guess, the map uses textures only visible on dx90+, so if you are on 89 or less you can't run the map.
If graphics isnt the problem, delete the map from your folder and try installing the map again.

yea i can not connect to the server at all if its office my game just freeze and wont close

Are either of you running with DX8?

do you know this for sure?
go to console and enter in mat_dxlevel 90 or mat_dxlevel 91
office shouldnt be breaking your game otherwise

no the map wont load at all when i chose it to make my own and it never works
and i have it to dx9 when in options for video says it

Don't mind what I said, I've fixed it. Thank you Crab, I've tried the command mat_dxlevel 91 and It actually worked..
