Strange Rocket Jumper

It would count by rocket jumps performed.

Wouldn't it be too easy to "level it up" though? Someone could just stand in the spawn room on an idle server with a medic or next to the ammo/health cabinet and rocket jump a ton of times.

This is something Valve would have to set up. And I doubt they will since every other strange counts human kills. The rocket and sticky jumpers can't kill, unless you count blasting people into a pit or something.

Farming stranges isn't even an issue. You can illegitimately farm weapons all you want with the use of mods.  I actually like the idea, I mean it's not like we don't have silly stranges already (see: Holiday Punch).
