What is your best technique in trolling hale.

My personal and favorite technique is luring hale up small-height ramps/stairs and force flare-jumping down as a pyro just to get Goomba stomps!

Plus, it actually works and i usually get several stomps for doing this

Here's one I've been working on.
-Be sniper
-Hale being ravaged by several players or is near a sentry nest
-Hasn't raged in awhile

Wait for the right moment aaaand... Throw jarate. (Takes away 8% rage)

If timed correctly saxton hale would've taunted without activating his rage. Giving ~3-4 seconds of free attack/escape time.

Its hard as hell to time because some hales rage unpredictably. Not to mention other factors like rockets blasting him away, raging too far away or too soon etc.

Rocket / Flare jumping away at the last second. It only works if the Hale isn't lagging and you don't hit him along with you.

The best way to troll Hale? Go in a server that has vsh (versus saxton hale). Pick Spy. Pick Stocks. Shoot your revolver or try getting crits on it and dish out atleast 1K+ without stabbing (but atleast try). When Hale wants to kill you, back up, stealth, keep backing up and then turn to your left or right. Hale will search the area for you while you have 5 seconds to get away... repeat.

as a counter to all of these hale trolling tips they have offered, i have the ultimate means of maddening fellow "trolls"

simply cap the point when it's available. if they don't stop you, it's their problem, not yours.

2fort Desk or another map with loads of ammo/health and the Dead Ringer. Hale's tears are delicious.
