koth_fissure was causing client crashes for me.
koth_winter_ridge_b2 has missing player clipping near the top of the map as Windy mentioned.
I don't think koth_skylab_rc1 will play very well, and has some places where players can jump up on edges where hale would have difficulty getting to. It also suffers from being a little too complex for VSH.
koth_2fort has some weird respawnroomvisualizers, and the teleporter in Windy's screenshot crashes clients when they take it.

Other than that, koth_tomb_b3 seems pretty good and I tossed it into rotation.

Back when this map was originally suggested, it was in early beta stages and was pretty unpolished. It looks much better now, but there are still some worrying issues:

  • The entire map seems to be parented to a track train, so the ship itself is moving. Source physics is laughably unreliable, and this can lead to players getting stuck inside walls as the map moves into them. This is often seen in elevators pushing players into walls and getting them stuck.
  • There are some high points and sloped areas on the map where people could jump up and indefinitely surf on that hale may have trouble getting to.

Other than that, it's a pretty good looking map, but those issues worry me. If people want it in rotation regardless then I'll likely just add it.

Was on one map in the smash bros where the whole map had motion... my god the lag, no one could fight and you would fall off the ledge and die if you kept moving for too long.  It was RTV'd in under a minute by just about everybody.

Added vsh_palanquin_ship_novpk to the rotation.

We'll see how this plays out. The ship doesn't move too quickly, so the track train may be okay. If it turns out to be a problem, we can just remove it from rotation later.

I kindly request maps like blueberries and northural be removed as they are broken and terrible and probably communist

I also think Kolob would make a nice addition as a HUUUGE map
