CBS model is still broken

CBS still seems to invisible to most people.
Everyone I've asked have said yes, though some in-game say they see it fine.
If it is working, anything I can do to fix it on my side?

Odd, CBS should be working for everyone. Are you running on a low version of directx by any chance (-dxlevel launch option)?

Well, I do play on DX 8 and 9 (both because 9 doesn't always go fast for me).
But I do also use a phongless mod for better fps, so that might be the problem, but it only works in DX 9.
Anything I can do to fix it?

Try deleting the csb model in your TF2 models folder: models\player\saxton_hale
The relevant files are ones that start with "cbs_v3"
