Say sounds problem

So, I'm a donator again (yay), yet I only can hear 'my swamp', 'x-files', 'John Cena', 'tuturu', and 'just do it'. This is even true when I set it so that I can't hear sounds.

This is a bug in TF2, you have to delete a certain file while TF2 isn't running.

Look for the following file and delete it: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\sound\sound.cache
