Scammer (Not 100% certain)

I'm pretty sure, but not 100% sure, that he scammed someone.
He says someone accidentally gave him a bunch of stuff, and he's not giving it back.
And, when people said he could get banned for scamming, he changed the story to that the 'kid' he got the items from 'actually wanted to give him' them.
