Updated mvm_machine_atks_ep13_sh1 to  mvm_machine_atks_ep13_sh2. This should hopefully fix the grapple hook issue.

Not sure if its worth updating but the map creator updated most of the other past maps to fix exploits and add premium perks

Sounds promising. I'll see if I can find some time tomorrow afternoon to add ep16 to the rotation.

As for updating the maps, are there any specific previous episodes that have some serious exploits that would be worth updating?

Only serious exploite I see being fixed is breaking the map by killing bosses early on the 8th map
