Description: I know that you can not stop a whole server from doing the conga, but this guy was repeatedly, for the most part by himself, doing it the whole map, not contributing to damage and wasting the player slot. He and 3 other people were doing it in the demo, but before that, it was only him, so I do not want to convict the other players doing it since they weren't doing it repeatedly.
If you wish to ban the other players, its your call, but this guy is a prime candidate.
