Map bugs: Pool Party

Found a few things on Pool Party that might need to be fixed.

1. Pyros can jump with flare guns to avoid a few traps by going along this side of the second pool. Might want to block that off or strip to melee.

2. This is the major one, hale can jump on one of these switches and jump over the wall into the runners area. Pretty sure a good flare jump could get a pyro into hales area as well. I took the last two shots on a personal server, but I did have a hale in the runners area just a few minutes ago.

Voidy fixed RED's getting over to Hale's side last I checked. He may not have thought to make the killzone apply to both teams.
I am totally the prettiest girl on the Prop Hunt server.
