The Tomislav is a bit overpowered??  I mean that 10% faster spin up is really annoying since heavies can escape pretty easily and then add a few medics. OP madness. The only ways I can see this getting balanced would be reducing it's damage or removing the 10% spin up

20% slower firing speed is the point of it u want it to have it shoot like 1 bullet per 5 seconds to make it less op but really the brass beast is the one that i hate the damage and knockback really fucks me over

The firing speed makes it so you cant push him away if he is on the ground, I made this buff back when they debuffed it down to 10% which makes it pointless IMO in hale mode where having quiet spin up is no bonus.
