Goomba'ing the hale already says it in chat. Unless you mean when hale goombas someone.

As far as I know you can't get goombas by just 'being' on someone's head, you have to actually fall on it with a speed thats faster than just a normal jump. I don't know what would cause this besides trick goomba'ing or lag compensation.

You're going to have to make a bind to say something whenever you get a goomba, then. You can open up console and type:

bind "p" "say Pyro is a hard class."

This bind will make you say "Pyro is a hard class" whenever you press the p key. Feel free to change the message or key.

I want it to automatically say something when the goomba happens. Just wondering if that's possible to do without having to press a key. I already knew how to bind a key.

I doubt you can make yourself automatically say something when a goomba happens, or you would have to pull off some stuff server-side.
