Cave Johnson Nerf

Cave Johnson, the CEO and Proprietor of Aperture Science, and his combustible lemons, fill me with a fiery, citrus-y rage. I'm requesting that these lemons be nerfed if they touch the ground (similar to the Loose Cannon's debuff).

-75% damage
-75% afterburn damage
+75% afterburn time

This way, you can easily still kill people that are otherwise camping without dispensers/medics/health packs. Campers WITH dispensers/medics/health packs can be dealt with by learning how to aim lemons.

He seems completely fine right now.  He's pretty much the most underpowered since he doesn't 1hit everyone, and a targe demoknight can take over 5 consecutive hits before needing to get a heal.
