Title: Donator Unusual Effects Fixed!

After finally sitting down to figure out the issue behind donators not being able to see their hat paints/unusual effects/etc, I'm happy to announce that this has finally been fixed!

So if you've been holding out from donating because of unusual effects being absolutely broken, fear not, for it now works!

Also, last night, my hats were unpainted on Deathrun 1.

Probably something related to the last update. Now you can't even see your own paints, effects, or guitar if you use the shred alert taunt.

That only seems to affect donators, though. Non-donators can see their own stuff and other non-donators look normal to everyone.

The hat fix breaks every update. Voided fixed it two or three ago, and it rebroke itself.

As for taunts, shred alert is unknown and might not be a fix for it.

Just want to confirm that I am working on getting this fixed again, the world of reverse engineering is a slow one. Also another thing I can confirm: some items being broken like the gunboats having zero effect is due to this plugin, and I'll be fixing that as well.

I've added support for conscientious objectors now, so you should be able to see those decals hopefully.
