i hear it too. It seems like its a bug from the new tf2 update. Valve will most likely fix it.

A majority of the time when a rocket explodes or person dies not sure which this annoying sound of a flamethrower comes out of nowhere and doesnt stop

This is something valve is going to need to fix, but apparently a temporary workaround is to give all players normal flamethrowers.

I've made a change to our weapon plugin which might fix this, let me know.

Edit: Just kidding, apparently the voogru plugin doesn't like doing that, and it starts to use up ammo.

Good news, hopefully I've fixed the god awful flamethrower looping sound. It worked in tests on my local server, but let me know if it's still happening on the live server.
