Can I just make an observation, this 'is' TF2, it is 'just' a game.
I think if people are letting it get to them this much they should take a break. It's what I do if I've had a bad day and I start raging on a server rather than let everyone else bear the brunt of it.
I try and mimic myself in real life as much as possible on TF2 because I like to think I'm an agreeable person - it really isn't difficult to do and trust me, it makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable while still being competitive enough to be interesting.

As mentioned in the ban reason, your ban is also for griefing. Since you've made this a public matter with this thread, I'm going to assume you don't mind if I discuss the particulars of your ban here.

The griefing in question was when you went to the location of another prop (as a prop) in order to get them caught. As mentioned here, we take action that.

and your actions didnt only involve chat, but gameplay as well. rules state not to be useless as a hunter. you find a prop and purposely dont kill it because its your friend, aka being useless.

The distinction is again, with malicious intent. In this particular case you stopped right at the location of another prop in order to get them caught. If you had ran past them and not stopped, it would have been a different story.
