That could actually be done pretty easily, just have a flag/intel near the spawn or something and the round ends when all the runners are dead or the intel is capped. I don't see much point, since DR maps usually end at the end of the track anyway.

Why not add the !bp/!backpack plugin? People are always coming into the servers expecting it to work, so why not use it?

Hale's "Bear Hands"

Bear Hand Gloves for Hale to wear but as a sort of "trophy" for Hales that have won a certain number of times without using rage (optional of course for those that wouldn't want to wear them). It wouldn't have any special effects to it or anything, more just for show on the player's part.

They could record how many times this person has killed x amount of people, or Shezeu's idea, and have it record x amount of times this person has won as hale without raging. (I would exclude CBS and/or Cave Johnson for this) Also for HHH it could include rounds won without teleporting.

I think this idea could encourage people to not rage and make it easier for the newer players, and more challenging for the more experienced players.

For VSH and FF2, there could be a special round where the console chooses a class, and everyone automatically gets put into that class for that round and cant change until it ends, regardless of which one it is

This would be interesting, the only thing that would cause "problems" is what happens after the Rush Round. Would players get put back into the class they had before? I could see a lot of people kicking/screaming/bitching complaining because they lost their Scout, Engie, or Heavy spot and now have to wait to get it back. Yeah being a donator fixes that but sometimes people just aren't able to donate yet if at all. Findin' a job be hard yo.
This does sound kinda fun though; maybe it would help players be able to try another class so they're not "eternally stuck" in the one they're in (or so they claim).
(Example of real case scenario: "I CAN'T PLAY ANYTHING BUT SCOUT I SUCK AT OTHER CLASSES. YOU SHOULD LET ME BE A SCOUT!")
