want to know what Jakobs can't make?

a good rapid fire weapon. what's the point of them making assault rifles if one cannot hold the damned trigger to fire. sure, thier revolvers and sniper rifles are awesome, but i have to laugh at every assault rifle drop with thier name on it.

but Vladof makes awesome assault rifles, as does Dahl. but that burst fire is situational, like say when one doesn't want to whip out a sniper rifle to snipe (in which case you're doing it wrong), aiming for the critical spots, and other things. Vladof weapons however are just plain awesome to me: you want a Vladof if you want an assault rifle, though i wouldn't blame you if you went to Bandit for the clip size.

also lets be honest here: hyperion makes this game's shit weapons. (unless you fire a lot, in which case you must be a gunzerker.)

Rapid fire is a crutch for bad players, Jakobs is the coolest guy I don't know (the rapid fire thing was sarcasm, pls don't hurt me)

The only reason i like there rifles is when they are the triple shot ones, They can do some sick damage.

I do like the Jakobs pistols/snipers, Vladof/Torgue Assualt Rifles, and Teidore Pistols/Shotguns.

Most Hyperion weapons do suck though. And a lot of them make annoying sounds.

Now that I've played a fair bit of the game, I think it comes down to Jakobs (holy shit didn't see that coming) and Maliwan. Jakobs for raw power and Maliwan for taking out specific types of enemies. Hyperion shotguns are nice as well, what with the low accuracy at the start of the clip not mattering that much since its a shotgun.

I would go with Jakobs for power, Dahl because burst fire, and tediore because of the reload feature.

I got a legendary shotty from the slots at Moxxi's place that was tediore, and instead of just chucking it, after it is thrown, it locks onto enemies, and continues to shoot before exploding.
