Steam Escrow and Scrapbank bots.

With the escrow in place, how will this affect the performance of the Saxton Hell Scrapbank bot?  If some of us didn't opt-in to use the Mobile Authenticator (because some of us didn't have cell phones or tablets or are just too fucking poor), will we have to wait to get our scrap metal?

Unfortunately we've entirely retired both our scrapbank and donation bots due to escrow.

If people really feel like waiting out the escrow period to receive their scrap, I could enable it again, but I doubt anybody would want to put up with that.

Yeah, I'm aware, but I don't really have the effort to add the support.

For scrapbanking it still relies on the other user having mobile confirmations enabled, which might not always be the case. As for item donations, I can just personally handle them through trade offers (our donation bot was created before trade offers were even a thing, so it used to be pretty painful to handle donations by hand, but these days it's pretty easy).
