More traces would be nice, the more statistical samples the better.
In that trace you're getting high latency to one of the firewall hops, but your end-to-end latency looks to be normal (~78ms) given your distance to the server. It could just be that ping packets are prioritized lower on that 16th hop. Additionally, the ping displayed on the server browser isn't always as accurate as your actual latency. For a more accurate result you'd want to connect to the server and run the `ping` console command and check the ping you're getting.
However, I've gone and tweaked some settings anyway that should route your packets around that server in the future. Let me know if this helps at all.
