not a bad idea. not necessarily a nutcracker, but more like one of those toys you got as a kid.

I remember having this toy as a kid. He beat up my old family and I had to take off the batteries so he stopped. He didn't. I burned the toy. He didn't melt. Actually, he is behind me watching me type this.

With a bit of voice sound-editing you could make Saxxy's voice a bit robotic.  Just need to overlay the sound clips a few ticks apart, add a bit of metallic twang, maybe a mechanical sound effect here and there and you'd have a nice custom boss ActionFigure/Robotic Saxton Hale.
