baby face blaster adds boost on hit so scouts are faster and the hales on ff2 with weapon stats like the shiv has bleed effect

Heavies aren't faster than hale... I even chased one for 2 seconds before I drove my knife into his back. (He had GRU)

need to fix it i was evil homer and i couldnt catch bg at all
