Have we updated the !pc command?

I was using the !pc command when I noticed there seems to be a lack of Robo-effects on the list, even when they've already been priced. I was wondering if we're running an outdated version possibly. Here's the link if you need it: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1788310
