Updating Steam... "Temporarily Unavailable."

Sooo.
I thought I would post this hear in case anyone else has this problem...
"Steam - Updating - 0% ... Steam is temporarily unavailable, please try later"
And it promptly closes Steam.

Just add the launch option -clearbeta to steam.exe and ta-fucking-da. You have a working Steam.
