Machine hell shutdown few hours ago
+ Valve Anti-Cheat : Not Secure, Server item down.

Not sure what you mean by the server being shutdown. The server was up and running around the time of this post. If the item server was down; that happens occasionally, but that's Valve's fault and there isn't anything we can do about that.
