How do I fix this broken model

The pic is a few weeks old, but I still have the messed up Radigan. It's only for this hale.

gtx 770, performance on tf2 is cake

It only happens for this hale.

Tried deleting the model? If you don't mind redownloading custom server content, delete the "Team Fortress 2/tf/download/models" directory.

If you've already done that and that hasn't solved the issue, is anyone else getting the issue or is it just isolated to you?

Sorry for the late reply, I'll redownload the content and get back at you when I see the hale again.

I don't know of anyone else who had the problem though.
