Scrap Bot

So, whenever I type !scrapbot in the chat it says, the bot will trade you soon!, or the bot is currently trading with someone else., or the bot is still starting up! Then I repeat to see maybe someone who was trading finished, but no. It pretty much is impossible to trade with it. Anyone else have this problem?

I've been having problems trading with anyone lately, errors and glitches.

Looking at the bot's logs at the time of your post, it looks like the item server was down or was having issues, so the bot was indeed waiting in startup state. Couple minutes later the item server came back up and the bot started processing trades normally.
