strange part bugs

Chargin' Targe, Mantreads and Flying Guillotine can still apply the Buildings Destroyed Strange Part, but cannot raise the counter, even by killing an Engineer hauling an active building. from the wiki,
lets put one on my mantreads but really how dont they not fix it

 the big earner is the only spy knife that takes crit kills, and that escape/ equizler can have kills under über part
