Seeing Pyros as Props

Everytime my game freezes (which is quite often because my PC is terrible), some people on BLU team are props. This can be really annoying, as I think that teammates are props and try to chase them, or if I'm last prop and can't aim against people who are buckets.
Is there ANYTHING that can be done about this?

Have you tried "record fix; stop" in console after this happens?

I'm pretty sure I have, yeah. I'll try it next time it happens and see if it works.

This is also an old issue, one that GM is well aware of. Like Voidy said, as many have before him, record then stop a demo and that'll fix all. In console you just need to type:

-record x (or whatever you wanna call your fake demo)
-stop

It fixes almost anything associated with lag. There's a few things it doesn't fix but the only one I can remember off the top of my head is clientside broken doors.
