Banable? possible fix?

I dont know if this is enough evidence, but "Milquetoast" knew of this exploit and used it. Claimed in chat that he will stall. I have no video evidence of this.

Is this reproducible? I've never heard or seen this bug happen. Would be nice to know how it's done.

It's been known for a while. I don't know exactly how it's done, but I've seen it numerous times. Far as I can figure the bulldozer is lacking some kind of hurtbox somewhere or something equally stupid. Possibly its collision box is bigger than its hurtbox? I don't really know.

I'm not sure how to replicate it either, as well if im correct Whitepaw knows about it but doesn know how to cause it either.

I've seen this happen multiple times and I've attempted it to see how it's done. It's very rare that someone actually pulls it off.

There is a certain spot a player can go to not get killed. I've seen a few regulars do it multiple times, so it's not luck based. I have never been able to reproduce it. Maybe have Hale stuck to the center so he can't move?
