Chat Spam and Round Stalling

These two users came onto the server earlier today:

just DO IT (STEAM_0:0:41703281)

This occured on Deathrun Hell #1 at around 8am GMT. The map was vsh_dr_minecaves_final.

They started spamming the chat nonstop for over 15 minutes. While they were doing this, they also stalled every round by staying at the beginning of the map and hitting each other with pans. The user, "just DO IT", was also micspamming at the time (repetitively blowing into the microphone).

This is why I should be an admin, I'm on 24/7 and can really do something about retards like this :V slap em around a bit
