Overspam/Earrape on trading hell.

Although there were a lot of people talking over each other and yelling at the same time these two were: 1. doing it the most, and 2. playing sound clips which added nothing of value to the server (not music/stories/funny clips, just loud annoying sounds for the sake of it). In addition, the other people who had [#Seabear] as part of their name at the time were not doing anything against the rules that I saw but that may have changed since I didn't stick around too long.

The demo mostly showed rpg0986 spamming, which is why the lengths are different. Thank you for reporting though.
