Remove spy sappers?

I believe the spy sapper on this server is still enabled. Why hasn't it been completely removed (So that it'd be easier to switch from gun to knife?

I believe the reasoning is because we have some bosses that involve building, such as wheatley.

actual wheatly is the only boss in the whole ff2 sets that can really build,next to summon engineers
