This might be an admin only thing, but i saw white paw with a fox tail that constantly changed colors like a rainbow. How can i get this effect?

The minigame can be broken by jumping on the blade from the other side of the walkway trapping hale and the runner in the minigame. They are stuck until one sucides or quits.
