If what I'm supposed to do when someone is breaking the rules, is infact what I'm not supposed to do, I'm only saying it because that's what I was supposed to do on the other server I was Admin on.
Also, IDK what the minimum age is, so if I'm too young, eh

This player was spamming, which was annoying everyone. And, although it wasn't towards me, he was also insulting a player, and spammed this message whenever the player sent a message: "Stfu swooper you mental retard"
*UPDATE* He's now spamming "Stfu swooper you worthless unloved child"

If my friend did it, I would tell them to stop, like I told you, and then if he/she didn't stop, I would report them, just like you.
You're not special, I don't have a grudge on you. If you could stop trying and just accept that you did something bad, that would be great.

I legitimately barely understood that. But I'm going to try and respond to what you're trying to say.
You didn't close TF2, so it would be easy to find 'evidence that I hate you'. I don't care if "everything was fine" until I showed up, you still spammed alot, it was annoying, so I reported. It's never funny to spam, and even if you think it's funny, it's still not allowed. "kek"

You still spammed. Alot. I'm not finding a way to get you banned, I just met you, I have no grudge against you, except that you're spamming, and it's annoying.
