rage doesn't make them fall down. raging them depends on the boss and if you get a gun or not.

 No idea why no one else hasn't complained about this or even brought this up yet, but there is literally no reason for the base jumper to be on freakfortress. It's easily the biggest time wasting tool on the server at this point and damn near impossible to deal with in some cases if said soldier wants to just keep flying away. Combining that with a map with a really high ceiling and you have soldiers literally floating for a entire round and not doing a thing, but wasting time all the way until they are the last person alive.
