Jump Hell / How's Jumping been?

Hello there! .//.;; It's been a while since I've played TF2, but I'm installing it again for the game mode I've missed for years: first-person platforming!

So, I'm curious: how have all the regulars been doing?
What new and exciting maps have been made?
Any changes to the classes on the Saxton Hell server?
Does the Saxton Hell server have their own official map?

^^; Just curious, as I've been out of the loop for a long time!

o3o You don't know how nice it is to go "Oh, I can walk up to my conc before it explodes." It is very nice. Again, thank you. So much. Like. I. I don't even. Know how to give thanks.

EDIT: "You don't know how nice it is..." Um,  you could. :x Expressions are weird.

Okay. I do remember other servers having the bounciness, and at least these have a lesser bounce to them than the last time I had to work with the updated plugin (different server, not Saxton Hell's), but there's still that extra angle boost to them. ;n; So hard to juggle when you can't throw a grenade straight at your feet.

I just went on the server today and noticed that the conc[cussion grenade] physics were changed.

Um, is this permanent?

Because, in my opinion, these concs are absolutely horrible to try and jump with, as I can't do many of the techniques I had learned with the old physics. (e.g. Juggling)

Jump Hell / Scout Jump Hell Challenges

Bumping this as it'd save a thread from being made.

I want to make some jump videos for video fodder, as it's an enjoyable hobby of mine.
I'm asking for suggestions/challenges, as
I mostly
play scout.
I think some silly off-class videos would be nice. :3
Also, I suck as demo/soldier, so challenges for those is... um, I don't think I've even finished Adventure yet.

So! ^^ Any ideas of videos you'd want to see made (that involve jumping), go ahead and ask. :3

o//o Thank you for your opinion, Miaumon. I'm glad you like it.

Also, um, I don't seem to have any onions, but I could make some. There's a giant gap at a soldier secret area, so I could throw in some onions over there. Or in a scout map somewhere. :X Like anyone's going to try and do scout maps, given the first jump... unless you include making it there in the debug room. ... debug room could use some onions, too, if you'd like.

Hello, um, I've been working on a jump map. :X It's nowhere near a finished state, but I was curious about anyone's opinions on it. Suggestions and the like, and, um, since I pretty much Boston Basher everything, I'd feel a little guilty posting this to TF2Jump. :X

Here's a youtube video I just made. ^^;


UPDATE Alpha 4: Added a FaN + Conc Scout jump and the last Medic jump, along with its cap point. ^^ Should mean that I start optimizing the crap out of this map so people can actually run it, as I'm trying to wedge in some soldier-ing for the medic jumps.
And here's the map file, in case anyone's curious. :X
