so i donated and i cant use it so i want to give leon it and i did it but leon doesnt have it

So wait, you don't have Internet, and you want to give your friend Leon donatorship? I don't think it exactly works that way, since I don't think they can cancel someone's donatorship in the middle of it, but idk.
