I've recorded clearly every single hit he done

No screenshots were made unfortunately but I think recording is enough for you guys.

As usual use demoui2 for better using.

I'm not able to reproduce this. Do you know what exactly is done to allow attacking?

I have no clue, when I tried doing it, didn't work, I've seen many spies doing it, maybe someone who actually done it before will tell us on the topic? who knows

Only spies as far as I've seen. Spy-cicle works for this as well.

I'll see if I can reproduce this when the map gets back to horrors.

I can explain this glitch..
Basically, in the minigame in horrors, spies can pull out ANY primary pistol, equip the dead ringer, switch to ANY knife, and then remove the dead ringer. Instantly they'll be able to attack with whatever knife they're holding.
It works exactly vice versa for shooting with a primary.
