Turtle has dealt with this.

Many free public hacks include a "feature" that automatically advertises the hack in chat to get other people to download it, the lmaobox hack is a particularly loud mouthed hack that spams more than most, it would seem.

Just ban him permanently. Hes spamming links of a site. ( *Thinking that hes retarded* )
