So if we have halloween mode enable how come we don't do the triller taunt

Because of the way the halloween plugin works. It turns on any halloween related items and changes the health packs, but nothing else. It isn't a full halloween mode, it's just the parts of it that the plugin was told to turn on.

We have full moon mode enabled, not halloween. Mostly because we don't want the thriller taunt to interfere with regular taunts.
