I know that the GRU allow the heavy to jump really high, but 90% of the maps have no purpose for that extra high jump, so I think it would be fair to speed it up so that you can run slightly faster then most classes, maybe make it the same speed as medic? You already lose a lot of health using them as is.

i agree i play heavy 24/7 i think the heavy should go a little faster with GRU i mean a 7 health per second drain a little faster is needed

The GRU already allows you to run faster.

Yes the GRU speed up heavies, but all other classes except soldier run faster. With Gru equiped you become the second slowest class with the ability to jump a little higher/farther, which isn't very useful and a lot of the maps.

At this point I don't think buffing any of the runner classes is a good idea, considering that DR is already a challenge for most hales.

Then perhaps lowering the health drain per second so we can use the GRU longer? Instead of 7 per sec make it 4-5 per sec?

That's still a buff.
And that also has the side-effect of removing the "higher jump".

The gas jockey set has been slated for a nerf for months. It just hasn't been very high on the priority list.

really do we need to decide with teh speed or not its just how its going to be i swear just leave it alone you get use to it
(like me not rocket jumping a lot on ff2 server)
