I've been here longer and I got premium by buying not begging like a kid.

Shagging? When did sex get involved? Or do you mean con?

Point is, you need only to buy something from the Mann Co store to upgrade to premium. Have someone get you a Steam card from Gamestop or a gift card from Visa, Master Card, etc. and put $5 on Steam. Better to just buy something you will actually use than beg for something you can use only once.
