Fortwars Hell around 10:30 PM EST
I build a fort made out of fences and then, at the end of the round, Isterhn blocks off the entrance with many concrete blocks preventing people to from leaving or entering.

Odd, the player just joined the Fortwars server and doesn't appear to be banned. (5:10 PM EST)/

Oh, I see that he was unbanned due to insufficient evidence. The demo I provided showed that he clearly griefed. What is going on?

Your demo could have technically been interpreted either way: Istrehn blocked the opening after you had placed your fence props down, or he could have built the concrete blocks first and you placed the fence pieces around them to make it seem like he blocked the spawn.

Your short demo alone unfortunately can't prove which of these situations actually happened.
