Title: Friendly Player on Saxton Hell

There has been a friendly player recently. He either stays in one spot and does nothing or walks around the map doing no damage.

He even said this in chat right before the demo was taken:

spartaciones :  dont kill me hale
spartaciones :  i am friendly with hales

Has been told by me and other players being friendly is not allowed.

It says "Missing map", so I couldn't play it. I had to fetch it over at GAMEBANANA first.

The demo file will be wrote over when I record demos. (Saved as slot2.dem)
