Title: Optimizer Pro Is Fake - Propspamming/Griefing

Not sure if it comes under propspamming / griefing as he removes them after around 2 minutes in preround blocking.
He has been doing it now 3 rounds in the same spot blocking for the team so its harder to fortify the zone.

There really isn't anything here I can ban for. He isn't breaking any rules as far as I can see, so I'm just going to let this one go.
