it's bad now
Yes or no to previous version of it?
-
its might not be possible but i say yes
-
Last I heard the crossbow was OP in VSH. Do the weapons have differing stats between VSH and FF2, or is it "terrible" in both now?
-
it was op if u can mange to get a long shot that would do around 500-600 damage
And i forgot why does it grant 20% uber on hit when it says ten in the class details
-
A long shot would deal about 512 damage along with the buffed 20% uber.
But now it can barely even do 250.
-
I believe our plan is to leave it at the level Valve has nerfed it to, to encourage medics to heal players more than to be combat medics.
-
this is why i hated cross bows to damn op cause medics would just spam it and get uber up da ass and u can never hit them unless u rage them

but it's the opposite
because the cbow doesn't do a lot of damage, people just won't play medic. I haven't seen many medics since and I myself just don't want to play the class because of the damage nerf. Less heals are going around than before.
Valve nerfing it wasn't meant for hale servers.
-
If you don't want to play medic because a damage dealing item was nerfed, then don't. That's the whole intent.
There aren't many things as frustrating as wanting to be healed by a medic that has no interest in doing so because healing would cut into their damage dealt per round.

You probably haven't played on SH1, then.
