IT really does suck. There is no use for it. What the phlog gave extra health [ maybe an extra 50 health ]
give it some purpose!

who cares about the phlog it has no airblast its only good with uber medics with hales that can only tele or who are fucking legit stupid noobs

A 210hp pyro would be decent with no airblast would be balanced but hardcore

1 Get hmmp
2 Do some crit damage
3 Get hit once and survive
4 Use the power jack and escape
5 Get the doc
7 Get laid with the doc and steal some heals
8 Repeat
9 ????
10 profit

Being pyro is suffering

Nope, get rekd with powerjack because it gives you 20% damage vulnerability on wearer, so you would still need an overheal of about 243 HP or more.

I thought that the 20% damage vulnerability applied when you had the power jack active. Whelp, guess it can't be helped
