Deathrun Hell / Remove Disciplinary Action (on mario)

Greetings, everyone. Just recently while I was playing TF2, a group of Soldiers decided to grief by using the Disciplinary Action on the beginning platforms. Now in case you somehow don't get it, the speed boost of the Soldiers make it difficult to traverse to the next parts of the map because we would already be in tune with our speeds before being hit by the DA. As a result, we fall to our deaths. I am only asking to remove the DA on the maps vsh_dr_mario_v3 and v4, since they are the maps with the most problems involving this issue.

Just to further prove my point, I have provided screenshots, including ones showing who were doing them (either to help with giving a warning or a temp. ban for griefing)

Deathrun Hell / Troll Must be Annihlated

While on the server, we've been under the attack of a troll named Scunt. I unforunately have no screenies. However, you may talk with the players there, since they are witnesses and victims.

For what he did, he was jumping on those breakable platforms like those in running and block. It was holding people back and even killing them. It's been going on for hours.

It is a well known fact that a TF2 player will come across a bad trader in their entire careers, regardless. Share your experiences of them.

NOTE: Don't call people by their usernames. Only mention them as an anonymous player ("this one guy" for example). It's for the sake of the thread and YOU.

Example: There was this one time where this one guy offered me a dirty Razorback for my Unusual Earbills with Hat Effect

So I've been gagged for a week for insulting a child, with the reason being "clearly not understanding what 'not being a douchebag' means.

Now I, along with the rest of the server, have been constantly told to use the mute button on annoying kids by other players and the admins. So why, I ask, should we get gagged for insulting kids? If they are being annoying, they deserve the trolling and the hate. Also, why is it that people are told to use the mute button to mute annoying kids yet they get gagged for insulting them? If the logic that a little kid should only be ignored using the mute button, then that therefore means that people insulting said children should only be ignored using the mute button, not gagged for any amount of time.

Long story short, it's a stupid idea for gagging people instead of ignoring them via mute button if annoying kids are never gagged and should only be ignored via the mute button.

Deathrun Hell / Possible revoking of donator status recommended

While playing on the Deathrun servers, I along with other players have taken notice of a donator who abuses the sound clips. This player is known as Killmanjo.

People on the server have told him to stop spamming the sounds due to his habits of frequently using sounds.

Since he has been told many times by fellow players to stop abusing the sounds, he replies with "how bout no", clearly abusing the sounds in every situation possible intentionally. Since he keeps playing with the sounds like a retarded high schooler with an AK-47, it is most recommended to take away his donator status.

Deathrun Hell / Anti-Squeaker Rule

Now, there have been many cases where people get their jimmies rustled due to the increasing presence of small children (on an M-rated video game, might I add). However, they're becoming too annoying and people aren't bothering with the mute button. Obviously, we need a rule against these kids using mics.

Before you say "HURR DURR FERKING MOOT DEM, DUMBPASS," I want to say that by saying we should mute them, there is therefore no reason for other text/mic related rules. By saying that we should mute the kids, we are therefore saying we should mute someone who is being racist, is insulting someone such as the admin, or even spamming (text and mic alike); thus making the anti-disrespect rules useless.

And according to Rules #2 and 3 on the General Rules section, being a douchebag and making other players unhappy AND spamming the mic respectively may result in a punishment (possibly severe).

tl;dr: Stop allowing these squeakers from playing (unless if they have no mic) and let us play the game without going out with an aching ear.

As you may know, YarmulkeDolka is back. No, he's not spamming again.

In fact, this time he's stooping to a whole new level: he's still insulting people while stalling the round and rustling everyone's jimmies.

It's clear that he's not going to follow any of the rules. A permaban is necessary this time.

Ask anyone that was on the server about his whereabouts for evidence.
