vsh_dr_ironworks_beta03 Gloves of Running Urgently Broken

The gloves are meant to take away damage every second. Which does, but it doesn't seem to be working on this map. I made sure on the next map to try it incase maybe it was me, but I was taking damage.

Spent a good while trying to figure out this one, was about to give up until I noticed the map has some entities compiled in that block out some types of damage. This should be fixed now, thanks for all the bug reporting.
